“Brilliant,Brilliant, Brilliant.The way a bank / building society should be. Been with them for years with mortgage, current accounts and savings, and have never had a problem with them. Wouldn't go anywhere else for banking needs.”
“Very good store. 2 floors. Upstairs mainly containing clothes, technology, cooking and all kinds of bits and bobs. Great selection of diary and vegetables. Always plenty to choose from. The store allows customers to use scan and go app, or to use your own hand held scanning gun. The store has a lot of parking spots to customers. Perhaps I believe they could convert a few spots into disabled bays. The biggest issue with this location. They simply don’t have enough tills to help with the flow of customers. They always had every till up and running but now they only have 1 or 2 tills open. They have the staff and have the tills. Please help by opening extra checkouts to stop the long wait in queues, the long queues also block the flow of shopping. It’s a challenge to manoeuvre through all the isles.”

“The fish & chips are by far the best in the area , fresh cut chips and fresh fish unlike a lot of places that do frozen , their pies are also good and they do a meal deal , you may have to wait a little because the food is cooked to order so its always hot , this Chippy gets 10 out of 10 from me .”

“It's open 24h, but if you can go elsewhere you'll get much cheaper fuel.The Tesco around the corner is 5p/L cheaper for petrol and 3p/L cheaper for diesel. Asda just up the road is a further penny cheaper.Standard air/water/vaccum machines. Not the cheapest but convenient. Also a drive through car wash.”

“Lovely little shop with lovely friendly staff.They always seem to go above and beyond to get to know the customers.The shop is finally looking healthy with more and more stock being put on the shelves.I am so glad Morrisons saved them as without this shop and the lovely staff I would have to travel to cosham and that is not always do able for me.It’s the little things with them like taking my bag off me to pack it as they go so I don’t have to struggle. Or coming round from beyond the counter to grab an elderly gentleman's trolley so they can pack it for him so he don’t have to struggle with a trolley and his stick.Keep working hard guys it doesn’t go unnoticed.”

“I was locked out of my bank account because I tried to make a very large payment for big home improvements. They thought it was a scam so it flashed up on my phone to phone them so they could check who I am. I couldn't do that as I have a hearing loss, I can't make voice calls at all. It's not deaf friendly. I went into this branch to sort it out. Lovely staff sat with me in private and he made the necessary phone calls. I was able to show him photos of the completed improvements and he sorted it out for me and actually made the payments for me. He wrote everything down as I'm not a good lipreader..I didn't want to use Sign Video because I knew I needed to show proof of ID plus the invoice and the work so they could satisfy themselves there were no scams or fraud.This was actually the second time I had interacted with staff here. I wasn't sure how to do something on the cashpoint machine inside the branch. Lovely lady showed me how.Definitely a super branch. I can also vouch for Southend on Sea Santander branch as being excellent too.”

“Had a really fantastic day here with my partner, seeing several of the attractions. Due to the way the ticketing is priced, you can pay separately to visit individual attractions, or get a ticket for all the attractions that are part of the Dockyard that's good for a year, and it felt pretty easily cost effective to do that. So not only did we have a wonderful day learning a lot, we've got one or two more day trips here to look forward to in the future. There's so much to see, presented in very high quality, and helpful and friendly staff all through.”
