“Our first visit, well impressed. Cafe was excellent, especially Lily who was very pleasant and went out of her way to help 2 elderly ladies with walking stick by coming from behind the counter a carried their coffees to their table ( I would recommend employee of the week)”

“Stayed here from Fri 10- Sun 12th Nov 2023 and it was just right for what I needed. The single room was clean, with enough space to unpack a suitcase on the floor and a good price. The staff were friendly and helpful. When I realised I had left my phone charger at home, they were able to supply me with a plug. I had bed and breakfast. The breakfast was ample with a mixture of continental and cooked choice.The rooms were not very sound proof but luckily it wasn't too noisy. The shower had power and all facilities were adequate.Would definitely do a short stay here again. Thank you Red Lion staff - a very happy customer :)”
