“We popped in for a quick drink, service very friendly. Whilst there, a customer started bullying one of the bar staff as they didn’t accept cash. Older male customer was horrendous, I only caught end of his rant, but the member of bar staff was very professional and well mannered, a credit to the job. Members of staff should not have to accept this level of customer harassment, and the male should feel totally ashamed of himself.”
