No option to give zero stars.Bought a ring from here several years ago and this ring was return/replaced over six occasions.On returning the ring today because the diamond has fallen out.... again! Really pleased with this store, the staff and the service, went in with an old chain, that was partial broken, aswell as two pendants that I wanted added to the chain and in search of a third pendant, the staff were super friendly and helpful. They fixed my chain added the pendants and was able to order in the third pendent... read full comment
