“Interesting venue. Almost like a large school hall. Great views even from the back, on the balcony. Decent sound, although I was at the Nottingham Rock City two weeks prior and that venue was superior on both counts. However, that is a smaller venue.Hot as hell though. I suspect this venue lacks air conditioning.That said, I really like this venue. Looks great, decent views and well located. My hotel was a 15 minutes walk away. Very central. If a band won't come to Plymouth, I would consider coming here again.”

“Not a bad place, certainly better item selections than smaller stores in suburbs, but service from the staff can really vary in attitude. Some of them are really happy and helpful, some are rude and miserable. It's quite a roulette what you'll end up with.”

“Fairly fast moving queue outside to get in. Poor guy on click and collect was definitely not supported by colleagues and had to deal with walk in c\\u0026cs and take stuff out to the car park and fetch stuff from the warehouse. He was a hero!”

No hard sell, as product sells itself as far as I'm concerned.\\nIf you are tech savvy, online can deliver good results, I just like to discuss with a person.\\nNo doubt the current situation may well render a physical presence in shopping centres obsolete.
