“Absolute heroes!We sold an iPhone and posted it to the “buyer” through Royal Mail. A few hours later we discovered it was a scam. We got to this depo just in time before they closed to see if there was any way they could help us, and the team stayed on after their finish time and found the parcel before it was sent! A special thanks to Adam the manager, Alan at reception and the lovely lady who found the parcel (really sorry can’t remember her name) but you guys are amazing!!! Thank you so so so much, people like you that go the extra mile are such important assets to Royal Mail, and it wouldn’t be the company it is without amazing people like you. I hope this message gets passed on to Royal Mail head office so they are aware of what brilliant people they have working for them.Thanks again :)”

“Excellent post office with always friendly, efficient and informative staff.Never had any issues in my years of using this post office and i think it's a shame that i feel the need to add this comment,Sorry, BUT,I think it's sad that some reviewers here are just being picky and blaming the wrong people.I for one have never seen or heard of a post office having a toilet facility, and there is one next door in the cafe. Let alone the other gripes, Petty. Unbelievable.”

“Always find the three ladies very helpful and knowledgeable explaining the best way to post something, sort out a passport application etc and they recognise me as a regular customer which is nice, plus they do have to deal with some quite difficult situations with customers…which takes patience and good humour!! Would be a Five star but the shop needs a bit of a decorating makeover?”

“Ignore the previous review, the staff ARE very friendly (some faces just don't show it) they go out of their way to help their customers get the right service for their needs. Maybe if customers treated them how they'd like to be treated themselves and had a conversation with them they'd find that they're human too and do have a sense of humour.”
