Absolutely shocking, said they had delivered an item to us but it never showed up, they clearly delivered it to the wrong address. They even removed the delivery proof photo so we couldn’t see their mistake. The staff are brilliant. What a shame that they have to put up with such a shameful they work for. The opening hours are abysmal and are not for the benefit of the public. Deliverys are shambolic and Mail arrives as and when I have complained so many time in the past and it just reverts back to being delivered one or maybe... read full comment

I mean where to begin.The Business has no sense of worth. To busy striking for more money to not do the job correctly.The Postpeguin (Pc as I can be) had not even rung the doorbell when delivering in the first instance.Then told upon arrival at the vault, no parcel...but where was this mystery parcel I hear you beckon,... read full comment
