Absolutely shocking, said they had delivered an item to us but it never showed up, they clearly delivered it to the wrong address. They even removed the delivery proof photo so we couldn?t see their mistake. After complaining and wanting to know where our item was, they insisted they delivered it to the correct address but wouldn?t show the delivery photo to us. Useless service can just get away with stealing your stuff

The staff are brilliant. What a shame that they have to put up with such a shameful they work for. The opening hours are abysmal and are not for the benefit of the public. Deliverys are shambolic and Mail arrives as and when I have complained so many time in the past and it just reverts back to being delivered one or maybe twice a week at best. To much profit being taken out of the company.

I mean where to begin.The Business has no sense of worth. To busy striking for more money to not do the job correctly.The Postpeguin (Pc as I can be) had not even rung the doorbell when delivering in the first instance.Then told upon arrival at the vault, no parcel...but where was this mystery parcel I hear you beckon, well I'll tell you, it was in a cage that clearly is locked up tighter than the ark of the covenant in post WW2 Germany.Because apparently, even though said cage was at the back of the sorting office, it was unaccessible to a mere mortal.So, I thought let's rearrange the delivery, to which be told l, that even though they have internet access they are unable to do so.(I suppose because the biometrics and eye scanner was not working that afternoon.)I was told to use the royal mail app, so I pulled out my phone and did so, in front of the counter staff.When using said app, it asked to confirm the delivery postcode (funnily enough the same postcode I used to confirm my identity) and would you Adam and Eve it, it's not recognised as the correct delivery postcode!Safe to say, I was flabbergasted at this revelation. What to do?!So the only conclusion was to just allow delivery to fail again and then I could bypass the worlds most secure parcel prison and they could then release the parcel to me.It's good to see the CEO do so well when a business is flourishing.Well done RM.

Changed the opening hours without notice, now I only have a 4 hour window on a Saturday to collect. Prices have gone up and the service is worse. Won't be using Royal Mail until they put their customers above profits.

No Post for SO18 2ST, St Marys Church Lane, since 7th August have complained three times, waiting for mail from my Solicitors.Road Works in Wessex Lane & Wood mill Lane maybe root cause of problem.Please resolve
