“I needed an exterior bulb changing on my vehicle. It was pouring with rain and the gazebo outside Halfords was taken up by another vehicle. I entered the shop and was assisted immediately. A gentleman came out and changed the bulb for me. He was extremely pleasant, polite and efficient, despite getting soaking wet! I cannot rate the service highly enough.”

“Purchased a TV yesterday online on behalf of a senior gentleman friend of mine.Was delivered last night. It was faulty. Spent 40 mins on the phone to their "help line" this morning to be told they would send a refurbished tv!!!! Er....don't think so! Spoke to Ted on the phone at the store for a full refund as per consumer rights ..Took said tv back. Ted was the loveliest chap and he and the female colleagues could not have been more helpful. A credit to Argos. Really lovely guys and helped me choose a different TV. Top service. Thank you ?”
