“My recent visit to Specsavers Winchester was a most enjoyable experience from the moment I arrived I was made very welcome and my pre test was explained very fully with a most excellent Member of staff by the name of Naveed. My eye test wascarried out with advice and I chose 2 pairs of frames at a most reasonable cost. The whole experience was a delight and I can thoroughly recommend this very professional Practice . “I was greeted politely and seen on time. The store seemed to have been upgraded a little since the last time I was there but could do with a revamp. My initial exam was efficient and I was offered an upgrade but declined. The optometrist was particularly nice - very efficient whilst friendly and caring. The examination didn't seem in any way rushed, she was thorough and patient and she took time to explain her findings. Then I was passed to what I believe to be the optician who took me through the options for my glasses and organised the fitting - not his fault, but it felt like there were options at every step involving increased cost, he was however courteous and efficient. He did have to divide his time with me due to a somewhat demanding lady who didn't seem to accept the help of a younger member of staff - which he did with good grace and as diplomatically as possible under the circumstances.”
