“What a delight. Visited the Hereford store today as my husband’s glasses were making the side of his head sore. We are on holiday in the area and 150 miles away from our local store. Amazing service from Ali who was a trained technician and knew exactly what the problem was. In ten minutes he had sorted the problem. This level of expertise is certainly not available at our local store despite there being staff who are helpful but not trained technicians. So very pleased we called in. Thank you so very much”
