“Always helpful at the hemel branch. Recently called the customer service as an ATM from Metro had taken £60 from my card but didn't give me the money and they were super helpful. Money was back in my account within 48 hours. Great service thank you”
“Although online the Hemel branch stated they were open until 4.30pm today, they were in fact closed. So I rang Santander Customer Services who were brilliant and Julie said that may be short staffed due to Covid which is understandable. I have always had great service from them and things happen, its a shame that others don't give consideration, especially in these trying times.”
“Went into the branch to deposit some money. Met a really nice young man called Saif who was very polite and friendly. Asked me how my Xmas was and helped me with what I needed to do.Nice to go somewhere where you receive great customer service. Saif is a credit to the branch as well as NatWest in general.”

“After 20 years banking with Barclays I finally moved and all I can say is I should have done it years ago.Metro bank is head and shoulders above any other uk bank.I’ve visited this branch 4 times in 4 months and would give them 6 out of 5 for the times I’ve visited.I really find the negative views very dubious if you ask me.Well done guys keep it up”
