“I was in Primark Watford High Street this afternoon Saturday 7th October at around 15.12 . It was extremely busy with a very long queue . There was a staff member working hard to keep the queues moving and cashiers were working super fast . Just as I was admiring the efforts of staff a customer behind me asked what was being done to ensure disabled people like her mother were served quicker . The staff member told the customer Saturdays were very busy and disabled people would have some waiting also. The customer became extremely irate and the staff member preceded to try to help, however all this was being done amidst a fast paced workload. The customer asked for the young lady’s name who identified herself as Ashley , I want to defend Ashley as a customer who was waiting in line and I understand that Ashley was under pressure to ensure everyone was happy. I do understand the customer was frustrated but don’t think Ashley deserved the anger which was thrown at her . I want to thank cashier Neeta for being a star too . I don’t think Ashley should be in any trouble. Working on a weekend can be a thankless job as the public demand more every day. Shop workers have feelings too”

“Went into our local Smyths (Watford) to look at the travel systems. Members of staff were very helpful. Once we had got home, we found the one we saw in the shop online so we wanted to order it for home delivery. Once I had put it in my basket, after seeing free delivery over £20. It then tried to charge me £19.99 for delivery, I clicked on the delivery information and it said excludes bulky items… thank god I had my partner with me to click and collect the travel system, there was no way at 5 and a half months pregnant I could have carried and got it into the car. However, I know the delivery issue is a company problem not the Watford store in particular. Thank you to the team at Watford who made sure we got assistance when needed.”

“This oxfam shop has been here for donkeys years ! As you would expect covid procedures in place. Lots of choice, some high end value with ebay comparison proof so bargains to be had. Notice boards outside looking for volunteer's - such a fantastic location surrounded by eateries and other charities etc, gade car park approx 2 minutes away.”

“Great range of clothes for plus size woman. They sometimes have good sales on as well that I would recommend to look out for. Can get everything from formal wear to everytm day essentials like leggings and underwear. Staff are lovely to and can help find the right things for you”

“This is a review for BHF free furniture collection. The process was seamless, and they collected all of the items I had because they were in good condition. The collection people have the right to refuse if it is not good enough to resell. They are not a disposal service, the idea is that they can sell good second hand furniture on to make money for their CHARITY. Items were collected within a week of submitting my request online.My only negative feedback is that the two collection men were not friendly at all - barely said two words, and just grunted at me with a lot of huffing and puffing from the driver - not sure if they are service partners for the charity or are employed by BHF, but they could do with smiling at least after all I am making a donation to the charity.”

Yesterday I requested an over the counter medication and she checked if I was taking any medications and went on to check if it was ok to take it with what I was on.
