I just popped into the store to have a browse when I heard one of the staff members who turns out to be the manager been very rude to one of her staff members on the shop floor by the till which was very awkward and obviously very embarrassing for the staff member . While visiting the store on 1/9/23, I observed what appeared to be an condescending interaction between the manager and several members of staff. The manager's behaviour came across as rude and patronising towards the staff members, which was both uncomfortable to witness and, I believe, unprofessional.
