Poor service. I took my Tom Ford glasses in to have the lenses replaced as they have a Tom Ford licence. The glasses were with them for over 2 weeks and were done incorrectly and were done for long sighted not short sighted. I live over an hour from Bluewater so had to drive back and forth. I took them back for the glasses...

Staff were helpful and polite had an issue with my glasses and they quickly sorted it out. Then had to return as my glasses were not fitting correctly and caused discomfort which they replaced the frames without making me feel uncomfortable about it.
