So bad service!!! Went on Sunday with my son?s prescription, chose glasses. As they didn?t have a licence for under 16 yet, they said will call me on Monday. No call. I call them myself. The lady working there said that the wowcher code is not good for nhs prescription ? Gave a call to specsavers , where my son?s eyes been checked and they said that wow her code is correct.So lady, working in bluewater, doesn?t even know how to put codes in a system and said she will give me a call tomorrow morning! Haven?t received a call!!! Need to call them myself again! Such a waste of time with these people , seriously!!! Just give my son the bloody glasses!!!! Won?t come back to them again!

Avoid this place by all means. Cancelled my first appointment on the day due to staff shortage, the second appointment time was changed without asking or informing me. No apology whatsoever, instead I was suggested to cancel. Customer service is appaling!

Scam of an opticians, rushed my eye test as they found my old eye test on the system from 5 years ago and just printed out the same thing. Older woman at the end was rude when I said I didn't want to buy frames as I already had an expensive pair, she even asked me why?! This made me feel really uncomfortable to have to answer why I don't want to buy frames - mind your business, you still got your £30!

Had a Eye test on Monday, must say Mehak Bagga was very helpful and patient with me whilst I took forever choosing my glasses, she was very friendly and gave really great customer care ?? Thank you Mehak for helping me choose my glasses and making my experience much more relaxed and easy. ??

Was here with my girlfriend for an eye test. Eye test went okay, running a bit late. Manager called alyshia was shouting at staff in front of customers felt sorry for the young girl on reception.

Fantastic experience and service. Can?t thank Theresa at Bluewater enough. She was amazing, so helpful, very pleasant, very professional and so lovely. Ray was ever so helpful too at helping me choose my glasses. Excellent service. Thankyou.

Poor service. I took my Tom Ford glasses in to have the lenses replaced as they have a Tom Ford licence. The glasses were with them for over 2 weeks and were done incorrectly and were done for long sighted not short sighted. I live over an hour from Bluewater so had to drive back and forth. I took them back for the glasses to have the correct lenses put in and was told it would be expedited as it was their mistake. It?s nearly 2 weeks now and I have still not had my glasses back. I?ve just called and spoke to someone who was unhelpful and said there?s nothing they can do. I was then told it would be at least another week before I would have them as they are in progress and have not even been despatched. The person had a bit of an attitude on the phone and there was no apology for the delay or their mistake in the first place. I need my glasses for work and I?m struggling without them. It?s a really poor service and I won?t ever use them again and I would strongly advise anyone against using them unless you?re happy to wait over a month for your glasses and even then they might not be correct. I just really want my glasses back!

Staff were helpful and polite had an issue with my glasses and they quickly sorted it out. Then had to return as my glasses were not fitting correctly and caused discomfort which they replaced the frames without making me feel uncomfortable about it. I?ve Used a different optician in the past that made me feel it was my fault if things weren?t right and I?ve waisted my money on glasses that weren?t fit for purpose in the past, so I?m soo pleased their helping me get things right this time.

I went in to the store to order new frames and was told I would get a text in two days. After two weeks I called them as I had not received a text. They said they they would contact me when the frames were in. I waited another week and a half then called again. They promised me a call back which they did not do. I called again only to be told they had no record of me even visiting. I need my glasses for work and am fuming with the poor service.

Avoid worst experience buying glasses! This store is clueless and try to have you over. Asking for premium prices with zero customer service's! Take your money and don?t care! Provided damaged glasses and say oh well it is what it is! Talking in large groups at the back of the store not walking over to customer wanting to help! Have to beg to be seen. Avoid at all costs!

really laughable! I been at the store for the new lens size, allowing that my glasses are Ray Ban and Carter brand, and the saleswoman tells me: if you buy the frame here the cost is 0 and if you use yours the cost is £70! authorized thieves on health , that's what they are?..I left the branch !!! And with me all the family have to band this brunch! Really upset!by low I?m exempt of eye test fee, this people charged that amount, ?.

I was a little bit nervous about coming to the the opticians. As I haven't had an eye test since before covid. I knew my sight had changed, but from the moment I entered the shop I was welcomed and put ease every step of the way. From the first person that I saw to the last person that I saw the customer service is undeniably the best I've ever received. I want to give my thanks to zoe, Teresa and Valerie. I will be senting everyone I know to you ladies,vision express are lucky to have you.

Impressed with customer care after my glasses developed a problem.My glasses were purchased at another branch a while ago so I popped in to see if they could be fixed.I was seen very quickly and problem fixed...Great customer care !
