After being with my previous optician for 41 years, I can safely say this was the nicest experience I've ever had with an eye test. Elaine was so supportive and talked me through each step of the eye test. I received some slightly uncomfortable news about my eyes, but Elaine was very holding. Poor service or rather lack of service! They called me 2hrs before appointment (which they confirmed the day before) saying they have to cancel as the optometrist didn’t show up for work! Not reliable at all!
