Really good knowledge of the Oakley brand and knew all the models I was referring to. The staff aren't pushy and have a pleasant way of explaining different options suited what I needed my shades for (active, but casual). Really enjoyed shopping there!

Amazing experience in the Bluewater branch with Lea (I believe that was her name - apologies if that was not her name) but she was so patient and knew so much about the sunglasses - she helped me custom make my own perfect pair and took so much time and effort. Her male collègue was equally as lovely. Would 100% recommend...
