I couldn?t have improved the service received by Sakhi at Bluewater. From the moment I entered the store he informed me of the offers, made recommendations and design options and made me feel like nothing was too much trouble. I left with a beautiful pair of sunglasses and will return for future purchases!

Really good knowledge of the Oakley brand and knew all the models I was referring to. The staff aren't pushy and have a pleasant way of explaining different options suited what I needed my shades for (active, but casual). Really enjoyed shopping there!

Amazing experience in the Bluewater branch with Lea (I believe that was her name - apologies if that was not her name) but she was so patient and knew so much about the sunglasses - she helped me custom make my own perfect pair and took so much time and effort. Her male collègue was equally as lovely. Would 100% recommend shopping here!

The young man who helped my son today could not have been more helpful, or indeed knowledgable, about the range of glasses in store. He was polite and attentive?. suggesting different frames etc to suit my son.A really nice guy- thank you. Should have taken your name to be able to personally thank you on here.
