The worst customer service ever. They have a phone number but it doesn't work and emails are sparse, I have sent 3 emails in 2 weeks with no response. I've flushed over £200 down the toilet using them by trying to return a panel that was supposed to come with a fitting kit. Do not use this company, they are awful.
