“Great store, everything you'd expect from a Robert Dyas & some more. This branch also has a section dedicated to Ryman products as well as being a DHL Express counter.I've popped in here a couple of times over recent months but these visits were all since Lockdowns ended & I was impressed with the store layout & offering, seemingly to have improved, from what I remember generally of Robert Dyas stores pre-lockdowns.Enough space to move about & browse, staff members on hand to assist/ask questions of, with friendly responses, making the store pleasant to shop in.Will happily return for future purchase needs.”

“Pop in here the other day when I was walking along and needed a drink, on a hot day. Found it by accident but ideal shop I guess, entrance via driving a bit tricky due to the design, something to look at for the future. Easy to follow floor plan and can still get nectar card points. They could use more self check out stations too, get the checkout process a bit quicker”

“Got introduced to this shop by someone I know. Wasn’t the easiest of places to find as signs not too clear at the industrial area. Once your in, floor plan is easy to follow. Everything else was fine, lots of world food as at reasonable level for the shop of this size. The bakery is near the exit, which is a bonus should be looking for grab and go”

“The customer service I experienced here was outstanding, I had 2 parcels to post a the end of the day, and the assistant 'Bash' was amazing, just gone 5pm and she not only ensured they were ready to go for the next day, even managed to give them to the post lady who was leaving. I am not that local, but will make a point of using their shop from now on. Thank you.”
