“I've always just thought Specsavers is good value, but now that I've tried Sevenoaks branch, it's gone up in my estimation. Carol the manager did everything she could to ensure a top experience. I got my varifocals within two days. Opticians were amazing as usual. If I could change just one thing, I would say the online customer relationship management system needs to be upgraded. Regularly loses/duplicates people and makes you re-enter details.”
