Dont give refunds for faulty items purchased under 24 hours returning with a receipt. Won't return my £150 the manager or argos named Charles and manger of sainsbury alongside 2 staff members of sainsbury just there to record me with there chest audio and video cameras all denying a refund, bad attitude staff, bad policies, rude and ignorant. Extremely intimidating and threatening experience of sainsbury and argos behaviour who made clear several times they are partners and have authority to make decisons for argos staff. I now have a tablet not working and my £150 taken by Argos with sainsbury support to take my money with intimidating behavior I was ganged up on by 4 staff members including security just because I wanted to return a faulty item, the box was open so it wouldnt be refunded. Apparently I'm supposed to guess the item is faulty through a sealed box. I left without my Money and no present for my sons 10th birthday. Disgusting behaviour of argos and sainsbury won't be returning to either companies again.

Very poor customer service and staff are not trained properly and management don't know what there talking about. Couldn't do a simple refund without receipt but I had proof of purchase on my bank statement. The staff told me the manager to go tunbridge wells because they can't do the refund so I went all the way to tunbridge wells branch which there was very nice staff that knew what the HELL they was doing!!!!!!! Bad management and staff from Tonbridge go and get trained properly!!!!!
