“Haven't been to the store physically, but I ordered their last pair of Vans trainers that they had and was not disappointed in the level of service, the attentiveness, the way they went out of their way to actually check they had stock of the trainer I wanted, because other places had let me down saying one thing and saying they nothing in the stock the next.Chap over the phone found the pair, asked me if I was going to order them to which I said yes to - and kept them for me. (this was the 9th November)Those very very trainers have just turned up today and I could not be any happier with the service and the trainers! Next time I need another pair of trainers, i'm looking to this store! Absolutely stellar!”

“Came here on 18th march with my 12yr old daughter to buy her friend a birthday gift. The man who looked after us was fantastic. He made it all about my daughter, helped her choose her gift and design her gift ribbon. A great service all round. Friendly and helpful.”

“Availability of make up items is poor.Lots of items out of stock. Very cramped store. Aisles are very narrow so difficult to view items iif other people are down them. Staff very friendly and efficient . Ques were addressed and went down quickly. Lots of savings and offers on.. I spent over £100 and saved £45 with BOGOF and promotions. Joined the beauty club recieved a loyalty card and earned 113 points. The staff member who served me was very polite and friendly .”

“Just hopped in to Go Outdoors after my very wet dog walk. Was really handy to be able to take the dog inside.I was returning a newly bought pair of Soloman boots which were letting water in.Jam asked me some relevant questions and then saw to my needs, sharing her extensive knowledge of boot returns and what to look for in a water tight boot.She dealt with my exchange and price matched them so that I gor the best possible price.Very happy with the customer service in here today and would recommend a visit if you need advice about walking boots.She also laced them up correctly for me which made such a difference, thanks Jam for taking time to make sure my feet are comfortable and dry, and with two dog walks a day, that means a lot!”

“Went to Blackburn store to return a new item with tags on for some larger as got wrong size , i couldnt find receipt but could show my bank transfer on phone . Wouldn't do it and when i asked what could i do ss they would be too small i was told take them to a charity shop .”

Kash was a security guard but now Kash is on the store floor, it is the best thing to have happened. Kash and staff are a credit to the company and long may it continue. “I recently purchased an authentic Stone Island hoodie at a much lower price compared to other stores. Unfortunately, I encountered a problem with the parcel, as it was shipped using standard delivery and got lost. However, the shop efficiently resolved the issue by replacing the item and sending it via next-day delivery.Thanks for the assistance, I will definitely order again in the future.”

“This local high street shop is situated within the Mall in Blackburn Town Centre and is run by a team of staff and volunteers who are usually happy and helpful, although on a few occasions there has been poor customer service when they were busy.  The great aspect of the shop is they always have a good range of quality pre-owned men's, women's and children's clothing and accessories. They also sell pre-owned books, music cd's and films on DVD. I love bargain hunting and must admit that I have managed to grab a good few bargains from the store and in return have felt honoured that some of my money spent will help a great charity such as British Heart Foundation who are dedicated to find new, better treatments for people with heart and circulatory disease, or develop new ways to better prevent or diagnose it.  GREAT JOB GUYS!”

“I was on my way to Costa when I noticed the scones in the counter here - they looked lovely so I thought I’d try it out! I had a large latte and it was excellent. Well made and good temperature. Far superior to Costa and the scone was soft and delicious too. Definitely recommend coming here if you’re in the Mall.”

“Recently visited the shop at Manchester Arndale. They were distributing some scratch card vouchers with Max 25% discount. Luckily i scratched the coupon and won a 20% discount. Bought a cross body bag which was worth £30 for £24. The staff is very humble. The shop has a lovely collection of clothes as well as bags and shoes. It's a luxurious brand but worth the buy for the collection and material which lasts for a long run.”

“Asda is a great for doing online shopping & for getting things in the shop. Food shopping & also clothes shopping from Goerge. They have lots of variety of items. Only thing is prices are going up all the time & thats not a good thing. Really need to cut down on there prices & it will be a good shopping experience for all. They have a reward system too so you can save up & treat yourself. Its a good system for people to save money for christmas or any special occasion to buy food or gifts”
