Excellent customer service! I messed my order up by omitting to put my house no so the package wouldn't have got here, i emailed them and they promptly sorted out my mistake and my parcel arrived the next day. Would highly recommend this company. I will definitely be using them again.

I have returned an item, without the tag and they won’t refund? The customer service from Michael is pretty appalling as I’ve had to chase him regarding an answer. I will take my business elsewhereAlso the owners reply is ridiculous and he’s obviously a bit of an idiot
