Massive shoutout to Sal. Another provider was useless in helping us setup broadband so decided to give BT a go, at the end of our tether for it all. Sal was busy patiently helping an old lady use her phone so all credit to him, he got us set up with broadband in no time and provided us with multiple options. What a nice guy. It?s a shame more companies don?t have people who actually care like this. Cheers Sal!

We had a problem with our account phone number saying not active. Went into the Blackburn shop sat down with a gentlemen who went through security very efficiently with us. Anyway after a period of time this gentlemen worked out that they had cancelled our phone account but had left "live" a tablet account we had asked them to shut down a month before. It was beyond the ability/ pay level of our assistant to rectify this problem. He went to his boss who told him " the shop has a queue of potential customers tell them to ring customer services", they don't have the time to rectify their own mistake! He helpfully gave us a phone and a number he said to call. The learning point is if you have money to spend nip into the shop for help. If its help you need don't get in the way of sales people, sort yourself out! Completely and utterly useless.

Hmmm, staff here either need more training or are consciously deceptive towards customers. My wife called in to buy the latest galaxy watch for my birthday, not knowing the latest was the watch 6. There was a dummy watch on the shelf, and the release date is in the next few days. The sales assistant sold her the galaxy watch 5 with insurance for a little short of £500. Flabbergasted, I took her straight back to the store for a refund, and we ordered the 6 direct from Samsung for a lot less. We also wanted to upgrade her phone but left the store due to the manner of the staff that left us laughing all the way to the door.
