Massive shoutout to Sal. Another provider was useless in helping us setup broadband so decided to give BT a go, at the end of our tether for it all. We had a problem with our account phone number saying not active. Went into the Blackburn shop sat down with a gentlemen who went through security very efficiently with us. Anyway after a period of time this gentlemen worked out that they had cancelled our phone account but had left "live" a tablet account we had asked... read full comment
