This place has just the best gear and at totally reasonable prices. I love the puma PTC range and forever on look out for new gear. Quality products and fast delivery too. I wish you guys had a pop up store or warehouse as I?d spent a fortune in your store being able to try stuff! Keep it up. My ?go to? place for golf apparel (which is smart enough to wear off the course too!)

Excellent customer service! I messed my order up by omitting to put my house no so the package wouldn't have got here, i emailed them and they promptly sorted out my mistake and my parcel arrived the next day. Would highly recommend this company. I will definitely be using them again.

I have returned an item, without the tag and they won?t refund? The customer service from Michael is pretty appalling as I?ve had to chase him regarding an answer. I will take my business elsewhereAlso the owners reply is ridiculous and he?s obviously a bit of an idiot

Mix up by galvin green putting wrong size in the right bag but it was resolved by function 18 straight away, they resent me another item once I was happy I sent the incorrect one back all at their expense fantastic customer service ???I highly recommend this company

Bought all kinds of stuff from this site recently, cannot fault the gear or the service. I recently ordered a pair of trousers that turned out weren't physically in their warehouse, they contacted me the same day to explain the situation and offer me an alternative, which I was happy to accept. Will definitely be returning for more!

Good company to do business with.Delivery was quick, even when I got a wrong hat by mistake it was sorted quickly and dispatched.. Good communication through out definitely will be getting by golf gear form these guy's.

Ordered a sweater for my father. The sweater was way smaller then normal, so I'm forced to return this. The sweater costed 40 euro. It took 2 months for this company to reply due Klarna forced them to reply. They sended a returnlabel and want me to pay now 38 euro or an item that I returned cause it's to small.Why would I pay 38 euro to return an item and have nothing.Then I could have kept the sweater for 2 euro more and made someone else happy with it.It's outrageous and this company doesn't respond to any emails.I feel scammed. Big time.Give me the sweater back or my money back.
