I was made to believe my braces would be put in by the orthodontist at my consultation. Unfortunately I had my braces put in by an orthodontist therapist, the orthodontist was too busy to oversee. At the second appointment the brackets were wonky - I overheard the orthodonist, but no changes were made.I rang the practice...

My daughter just had brace taken off after 18 months , teeth look fantastic . Never had any problems always s got in to been seen when needed????? .
