Received a message to tell me my order was ready to collect yesterday couldn't get there so was going to pick up today until I received another message saying my order has been cancelled ? and I have been refunded WOW !! Not even given 48 hours to collect shocking I'll be going somewhere else Thanks

The Manager Paul is a very arrogant person. I took an item back that was clearly faulty within the 30 days period and he made me feel like a total idiot!Showed what was wrong on the laptop I had bought and he asked if I'd removed my account to which I replied yes obviously. He then said well I can't do anything with it then unless you put your account in. I asked how am I going to do that as I would need wifi, he then replied 02 wifi and walked off. Left me struggling to set the device up and 10 minutes later came back.Looked at device and said nothing wrong with it even though I had pointed out the faults. He said nothing I can do I'll send it off for repair I told him I've already bought a replacement from argos two days earlier and a repair is no use to me and also he is breaking the 30 return rule on returning a product that is faulty, told him to repackage my item and that I would be contacting customer services. His reply was "OK go on then"

Just driven 40 minutes to collect a present which I?d ordered and paid for online for my daughters birthday tomorrow, using the ?Directions? button on the website I got there 40 mins before closing time, however Argos is no longer in this location so after 10 mins of driving around I finally found Sainsbury?s only to be told they close at 4pm, I explained that the website says 4.30pm and the response was ?sorry about that the website is wrong? what a shambles, surely a company as big as Argos should be able to provide the correct information, I won?t be using Argos again.

Really hace down hill since they moved to sainsbury's. In fact their approach to moving the vast majority online us a joke might as well close all the local stores as I can rarely get what I want in click and collect and ordering online isn't much better. I will be shopping elsewhere next Christmas

Tried calling the store 7 times in the space of 30 minutes in the afternoon, no answer, appalling customer service.

No issues collecting or returning. I had to return an item that didn't come with any barcode and the lady identified and accepted the item, no big issue.

I went to collect a parcel. It should be a piece of cake: show the number in my phone for them to type it in their device. But no. The woman attending at the door asked me few questions that I couldn't hear well. I was outside while raining and she was inside the store. Mask, rain, noise... Secondly, I'm Spanish, and even though I speak fluent English, Northern accent is quite hard to pick if you're not used to it. Basically she was very dismissive, rude, patronizing and turned her back to me to speak to another member of the staff about me. Never in my life have I ever seen anything like that. I know Argos itself doesn't really have anything to do with this, it's not the company's mistake but I'm put off buying from Argos.

Came to return an item as it was faulty, staff was very rude. Wouldn?t order from Argos again with this bad experience. AVOID!!!!!

Please stay as far as you can !! Tried to to return not suitable item but mr Kyle refused to take it . Argos gives you 30 days return guarantee but you can?t return it ! Stay away as far as you can !!!
