“Purchased a Gilet online via the Nigel Clare website which was the cheapest against all other retailers. In addition, received a 10% promo as a new member which made it a bargain.Was really impressed with the whole experience as it took a few days to receive the item which i was very pleased to see the Gilet packaged very meticulously in a suit bag. I was really impressed by the thought and care given and even placed the invoice in a thank you card/envelope (its the little things that make all the difference).I salute Nigel Clare as an independent fashion store who did not for one second think about cutting any corners to save costs and posted it through a well established courier. Initially, i would have preferred free delivery but for the sake of paying £3.95 well worth it.Keep up the great work and if i am ever in the vicinity of your physical stores will most definitely paying a visit.”

“It's not one of the biggest stores so very popular items can be occasionally sold out, hair dyes, wipes, but they can have great offers. I have a store card which I use to accumulate points and use it for gifts at Christmas. The staff are lovely and friendly although they seem to change quite often. Best items to shop for here are makeup, vitamins and health items, quite competitive as there is a Boots store and Body care shop in the same area which are all near the market.”

“Today (23rd June 2022) I was served by Sophie, (with the blonde hair and glasses), and I wanted to say thank you again for your lovely customer service and helping me feel comfortable in the shop! There was another lady there with her who also had blonde hair, I didn't catch her name but she also seemed very friendly and lovely towards the other customers and myself.I bought two dresses from the sale rack and after coming home and trying them on I really like them both, especially the puffed sleeve and maxi styles of them, very pretty.Thank you-- Sarah x”

“Might not be the biggest sports fashion shop but they have a good range of trainers and clothes. Staff are friendly and happy to help. Sorted my refund quickly and it was no problem.”

“Very friendly and helpful staff. On 22/5/23 I was looking for some antihistamine eye drops, I must have looked a bit lost as a very nice store assistant called Tanya came up and asked if she could help, with a bright and genuine smile on her face. The eye drops weren't on the shelf so she directed me to the store pharmacy. I went to continue my shopping first, and she actually hunted down the very thing I needed from the pharmacy and brought it to me without me even asking. What a lovely gesture on a very hot day when I was suffering badly with hay fever! Staff are always friendly and helpful at this store, really nice thing to see these days.”

“Good size supermarket with handheld scanner to use as you go round, can setup registration when you get there if needed. Only downside is not many people on the tills but has plenty of self serve tills and click and scam self serve areas.”
