“I'd like to thank Ian for his fantastic customer service just now in my local Tesco store 😊 It's priceless being offered help and it's never expected - I asked on the off chance for sparkling water as it is understandably sold out on the shop floor in this heatwave.. Ian went out of his way to check a new delivery in the back for me and with a big smile! Made my day. What a lovely guy. I hope Tesco look after him! “A good store with friendly, helpful staff. Clean and tidy. I tend to find that stock can be either quite low or have no stock in various products. Sell by dates are short, often the next day or two, as such frequent visits are needed to buy fresh produce. It's no longer possible to buy a full weeks shopping! The main car park, which is shared and public, is away from the store, not ideal for disabled people in particular. Often queues form of cars waiting for McDonald's drive through, which slows down access to Lidl as it is single lane only. It is a bonus having this supermarket in a small town and in time it would be good to see it relocate onto its own land and not share land and car park with other stores.”
