“Big shout out to Tom, manager at Iceland. I helped an elderly lady who had a fall outside the shop. I went into the shop to get some help for her and Tom was absolutely wonderful. Iceland are lucky to have him. Once everything was settled and sorted my Mum and I did our shopping in a fully stocked, lovely clean shop. It was our first visit and we'll definitely be going back”

Spoke with Mel yesterday and explained my situation and asked if it would be possible if I could buy one of the 2 for £5 or £6 chilled microwave meals, take one home and leave the other one behind to pick up today. She was so lovely and said that was fine. She has helped make my stressful week less stressful, and I hugely appreciate it x”
