I hit a pothole on my way to work and heard something rattling so rang them up to find out the earliest it could be looked at and they very kindly managed to squeeze me in that day. Turned out to be a broken spring and they were able to fix it on the same day and I had my car back with a few hours. “Brought my 520d in for a full service, very knowledgeable professional and timely. However the only downside was the customer experience I requested a check listed to be printed out for me, printer was not working at the time chased for it to be emailed to me twice I still have not received it. However besides this I would recommend the garage you can trust the place completely and fair value v dealers.”
