“Excellent customer service. Went into vodafone first to try get a basic phone for my almost 80yr old nan - and had awful customer service. Decided to try EE and all the staff were very friendly. Got the perfect phone and the young girl even set it up for us doing the SIM card and making sure it had the £10 top up. Couldn't fault the service.”
