Couldn’t use the keys as I have arthritis in my hands, took 5 mins to send a short tx to my husband to test it - went back in the store Thursday lunchtime and explained my problems to Shannon(female) the manager of Blackburn store, got a full refund and bought a new phone without a keyboard - she imported all my contacts for me, and also some important messages re hospital appointments etc. One happy ET customer- thank you Shannon for your help,”

I was fairly sceptical about going in as I haven't been into town for some time.\\n\\nI was served by a young man by the name of Junaid, and he managed to sort out the issue in no time. It was great service, and I am grateful for the help received on the day. The manager and the rest of the staff were also extremely helpful on the day.”

“Popped into store as was being overcharged on my contract. As I entered the store a member of staff was leaving for his lunch, he did a u turn and come back into the shop to see if he could help me as the other member of staff was dealing with someone. The young man who helped me was called Sid what a lovely young man. Very knowledgeable and told me just what I needed to do, great customer service. “Bought some Blurays but found that the discs were missing when I came to watch them.Staff were very helpful and looked through all of the discs in store to find the missing discs, as well as replacing those that couldn't be found.Very helpful staff”
