“I was looking for double sided tape (about £5) the lady searched her stock and as I explained what it was for the gent took over searching. They did not have what I wanted however, he looked up online where I could get it from and wrote down the code and price and send me across the road to a competitor, how good was that. Customer care, service and helpfulness I would give you more than 5 stars if I could, it's refreshing to come across service like this in this day and age of take take take and they weren't even getting the business.”

“Sent on an errand for my job and had no idea what I was doing or what I needed. Thankfully there was a really nice lady with short blonde hair who helped me get everything I needed :) I forgot her name but she was lovely.”
“Ordered paint brushes, which happened to be out of stock. Was offered others (which were slightly dearer, at same price) Fantastic customer service. This place is fab an Aladdins cave, a Tardis of useful household products. At very competitive prices.”
