“Giving 5 stars only to Mark at Coop, Moston lane. I ordered today via Uber eats and five items were missing. I immediately went to the store which was very inconvenient as I was carrying rest of the order with me. Mark immediately sorted out everything and ensured that I left the store happily.One of the item was not in the store so I asked if I could get a drink instead and he allowed me to do that. I spilled the drink while trying to put the lid on. He then let me get another drink. I was trying to clean but he said it’s okay.The store should give incentive to Mark or increase his salary! He definitely knows what good customer service is. If you read this Thank you so much :)”

“The shop itself is fairly good. Always stocked up well and I've always been able to get what I need. Most of the staff are friendly apart from one or two but went to the deli counter today and wanted a baguette the woman insisted she had put them out , I said none there , she kept saying they were , looked again and again none there ,I said not to worry I will just have a sausage and egg bam please, she pointed to the tiniest of eggs that was shriveled up and looked disgusting ,she said that's the last egg, I said I will just have a sausage bam then please , got home took one bite and spat it out , big hair in it . Plus was cold anyway . Threw the whole thing straight in the bin.”
