“I contacted SBI UK at Leicester, after trying to open an account with SBI Manchester (who weren't very forthcoming; I will leave it at that). I went to the Leicester branch, despite being further away for me. I would like to appreciate their banker, Mr Rakesh Parekh, who helped me with opening a business account. He's a very pleasant and courteous gentleman. Overall a very pleasant experience coupled with efficiency. The only thing I would like to request SBI UK is to improve their online banking interface to make it more user friendly.”
