“This was my first visit today and I loved the self service aspect and stock being visible, easy to try on and very reasonably priced. An assistant offered help and was brilliant (sorry I didn’t ask your name), she couldn’t have been more obliging and gave me honest feedback which avoided me buying not quite right shoes. As a result I bought 2 pairs of Graceland shoes. The lady on the checkout was equally helpful. I am delighted with the shoes. My only criticism is the feedback system which is actually trying to sell a lottery ticket, but that’s a head office issue and not the employees fault.”

Usually has good items for less than retail prices. Good shop overall. I have bought a few items from there. Got a very nice winter jacket from here which has lasted me a few years now.”
