Very poor service. Very disappointed with the manager who couldn't be bothered to come & talk to me regarding a refund. Wont be visiting this store ... you have lost a lot of trade from ???? 0/10

It's Next so what can I say - great selection of clothes, good quality and their click and collect/return machines are now much more conveniently located.

Good size outlet. A little smaller than the other ones in other towns. When I say smaller, I mean less availability of certain sizes and options to choose from.
