“Purchased a new Av receiver.Spoke to two gentleman Levi and Sebastian who helped me and advised me over the phone with my purchase. They had incredible customer service and are an absolute credit to the team. They had lots of slots available for delivery. But I wanted to pick the item up the next day and they accommodated that perfectly. After receiving all my paper work and some goodies a gentleman at the shop carried my purchase to the boot of the car. Incredible service all around. Will deffo come back for more equipment. 5 stars for richer sounds knocked it out of the park.”

“Good shop bin using for 16 years the big one 8n town the tesco one is good on prices but don't give good price when selling so I only buy from here pc bits or xbox games or old classic consoles and the warranty is good and they replace with same item or bit better at same value if not online or in any stores”

“I was introduced to this place at my first full time job; where I was an apprentice. I was impressed by the customer service on some toners that were not 100% perfect in our machine. This was back in 2005. When I became self employed in 2009 Back 2 Black were a natural choice for my own toners and where I sent all of my clients when asked.These are one of the few places you can buy your printer from and get reasonably priced toners from while maintaining a warranty on your machine.Recently I've had zero issues with toners purchased from this place and to this day I continue to send all of my clients their way for toners. Not certain if they are the cheapest but pricing is competitive, delivery very rapid, knowledge of product second to none. Highly recommended.”

“Customer service is superb. Yesterday, a customer of mine returned an item that wasn't needed anymore and accidentally left a car keys in the returned box. I called Halfords and spoke to Lee, who was very polite and helpful. Straight away, he found the missing car key and kept it safe for us to collect from the custom service disc. “Larger of the Cex in the center.Most of the staff are alright, but sometimes it seems like one or 2 of the staff seem to have a way of doing things.I.e. I use drop and go often so that I can have the vouchers backed up on my cloud drive/email.But one member of staff 2 or 3 times now refuses and instead prints off the voucher instead.Even though I made it a drop and go order.As mentioned at peak, most of the staff are alright.But outside of peak times, one or 2 members of staff can come if as impatient or rude.”

However reception service varied in quality, which is the only reason I did not give full marksNevertheless, because everything else was superb and issues with things like reception personal and subjective, I would stay here again and I would definitely recommend this hotel”

“This was my first Apple Store experience and it was with my thirteen year old. He was looking at Airpods for his Birthday. We were greeted by Alessandro within 2 minutes of being in the busy store. He took the time to listen to what my son wanted and he got the different ranges of Airpods for him to try. He demonstrated all versions, talked us through how the settings work and he let my son try them for comfort in his ears. We decided on the 2nd generation pro, his knowledge of the product is brilliant. Great customer service and would highly recommend this man to anyone wanting the apple experience!! Great asset to Apple.”

Drive in and the person appears, but make sure you tell him if you booked online, he needs the order number.As for the fitting, the guy was 5 star, polite, friendly and knew his job.2 brake lights that I was unable to do myself £21.That is the best 21quid I have ever spent.”
