A delightful experience in a well stocked Holland & Barret store!The only (tiny) issue was some of their cocoa products can be 'sugar bloomed' or 'bloomed', which causes the chocolate to be stained white and have an altered taste.

Went to Holland and Barrett yesterday was ignored by a worker Amanda who used to do the same thing at the old store opposite Lovisa who had a face on the whole time and complaining about another customer of colour in the store, after I was greeted by a nice gentleman who was welcoming and very helpful with what I was looking... read full comment
