A delightful experience in a well stocked Holland & Barret store!The only (tiny) issue was some of their cocoa products can be 'sugar bloomed' or 'bloomed', which causes the chocolate to be stained white and have an altered taste.

Went to Holland and Barrett yesterday was ignored by a worker Amanda who used to do the same thing at the old store opposite Lovisa who had a face on the whole time and complaining about another customer of colour in the store, after I was greeted by a nice gentleman who was welcoming and very helpful with what I was looking for even when I got to the till I was asking questions about a certain product the guy asked her to check and she was very rude about it even when she handed the vitamin bottle to me she was the so rude about the whole encounter she came off quite racist tbh by the way she was complaining about another customer of colour who left the store I?ve told many family and friends about it who have had similar experiences at that certain Holland and Barrett in Highcross how the Amanda worker still has a job is astonishing to me will not be returning to that store again I?d rather travel to another city then go there again. Customer Service doesn?t exist at this store if you want something I suggest going to another Holland and Barrett. I feel sorry for the poor guy who works with her at this store she was rude to him as well.

Highcross Leicester. Very rude staff member. I went in store last Wednesday to buy a mouthwash the young lady who served me was new and very helpful the product was not in stock so I ordered and purchased two other products totaling £20.00 after using my loyalty points. she was keen to upsell which I find off putting but she was helpful. I received a SMS on Friday to say it had arrived but was away so I went to collect today. Someone had asked a boy to jump on the 3rd till as it was busy this had clearly annoyed him as he was extremely surly. I told him I had come to collect an item and he asked my surname, he glanced at the cupboard inside and asked my name again then asked the serial number of the delivery than asked my surname for a 3rd time . He then advised me that I had perhaps ordered it from another store! I suggested he look again as I had received a message to say it was there, again he said I had perhaps ordered from another store, when I explained I had come into this store he told me to stop shouting in an argumentative bait manner to which I said perhaps the man on the till next to him who had now served 3 people who had paid and left the shop could find it, to which he replied "oh if you think he can" shugging his shoulders. I then offered the SMS to the man on the next till who found it immediately on opening the cupboard door. Fortunately all these products can be purchased on the brand websites or Amazon so it isn't necessary to go back to Holland and Barrett if that is what their level of staff service has been reduced to.

Chris was amazing! I went in looking for a protien powder with no idea what to get but my friend recommended I go in and talk with Chris. He gave great suggestions and took into account my different goals and dietary restrictions, it?s only been a week yet I?ve finished the pack and I?m on my way for another.

Every time I visit this store, I'm served by someone with no manners and a bad attitude. Today was no exception. Forced to wait for two female staff to finish their conversation before one of them came to serve me. Asked if the girl would be able to scan my voucher from my phone. To get a rather abrupt response that she could but that was only if she had my points card. Got it out to be told to scan the card myself, only for her then to not scan the voucher issued by H&B in my email. Then there was an issue with the card machine not working. Machine stated present or insert card. I presented it multiple times and the machine did nothing. Another staff member demanded I put in my card, which I did. The machine still wouldn't work. I asked the girl if she was intending to address the issue to which I got a curt response that she could do nothing as her screen was saying, "please wait". And expected me to do the same. Finally it worked. I asked her if she knew the meaning of the word please as she'd not used it once, only to be ignored. She then printed my receipt but demanded I remove it from the dispenser myself. Someone really needs to address this kind of attitude. Told her I'd like an apology for the tone she'd used with me throughout to be told she would not apologise. Honestly, the staff here are unbelievably rude, you'd think under the current financial climate they'd treat customers more courteously!

Love Holland and Barrett in general, however with online orders this store is bad. Never send an email to let you know your order arrived (usually I check on my app).Last time I went to collect it they missed one of my products ordered so I had to go back and ask them.Probably will go back to the one at Haymarket.

Quaint store. Nice staff, especially a lad called Ethan. Highly recommend he should be put up for a manager role as he has the capabilities and is able to do his job accordingly. Noticed a young lady who worked there, on her phone. Couldn?t catch her name.

I went there, according to google maps it was open. But when I went there, it was closed. And the worst part is that they don't even have a sign on the shop's door that tells you about the opening times, like any normal decent business would do.
