My wife and I were shopping today with our 1 year old twins at the new Fosse Park home department. Carrying large items to the till while pushing a double buggy is tricky, but not if you encounter the staff we did today, they’re awesome. Never again! Over priced and over hyped! Always struggle to get boys sizes in whatever item despite the massive floor space they now have. I must have at least 4 or 5 compensation vouchers from Next which I never use due to previous issues with this company and store. The customer service at the place is dreadful!
