I would like to express my thanks to Juvraj, I appreciate your patient trying to sort out my Samsung phone problem, I know you did explore many options but with permission from myself had to resort to a factory reset, I have managed to retrieve the majority of photographs and contacts other things that I thought I would have lostand haven't, only lost the most recent because it wasn't backed up. Today I had a terrible experience in Samsung branch in Lecister.As a starter, when we walked in , we were told to wait for 5-10min and then we were told that they will be with us to complete the purchase of the phone.We waited for half an hour for someone to come and then he took about 20 min to come back and tell us , they don't have the black one in store and can take 5 days to order it so we decided to go with the available violet one.We went to do the finances and then we were sent a link on our phone and the guy in the store just disappeared,.The finance application was rejected and we couldn't find anyone in the store to talk to.So we are now nearly 1:30 to 2 hr and have done nothing, totally waste of time and so unprofessional.It is very irrespectful of people's time and obligations.Now I have to pay cash and wait again to transfer my data to the new mobile and then go running to pick my daughter from nursery and hope i won't be late as it is my only day off work and has been a total waste.

Really disappointing visit. Came into get a issue with screen fixed which was approx 2 months old. Straight away felt the assistant was looking for an issue not to do it through warranty. But as always had good customer services from samsung elsewhere just carried on. He found the slightest marks and said the screen would not be covered through warranty. Which I was surprised at as was kept immaculate and even he said that. I think they are a franchised store and don't get paid as much if its under warranty or have to hit some targets as seen from other reviews. Don't use them go and send it in for repair much better service.They expect the phone to in brand new condition as the marks could only be seen in certain lights (can't see it on photos I tried to attach) In any case this would not constituent breach of intended use and therefore they not complying with the consumer rights act.Be warned and use online repair service.

I am writing this review on behalf of Mr. Sebastian Abraham (actual customer) along with whom i visited the samsung service center and sadly our experience was nothing short of disappointing. From the moment we stepped in, the staff's demeanor was unwelcoming and downright rude.We had scheduled a service appointment for 4:30 PM, but Mr. Sebastian & I arrived promptly at 3:30 PM intending to purchase a new Samsung phone. To our dismay, although we were assured that data transfer from the old to the new device could be done before the appointment, only 75% of the data was transferred by the scheduled time. The staff showed no willingness to wait for the completion of the process, leaving us frustrated and inconvenienced.Adding to the frustration, we decided to purchase a screen guard for the new phone, only to be informed afterward that it couldn't be applied by the service center. While I understand policies, it's unacceptable not to disclose such limitations to customers beforehand. Service centers should strive for customer satisfaction by going beyond rigid policies.Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and failure to accommodate basic customer needs left us deeply dissatisfied. Samsung needs to address these issues promptly to uphold its reputation for quality service.
