Really rude staff. The woman threatened us before they closed shouting at us while in the shop. Disgusting management.

My daughter purchased some trousers (and jacket) online from Urban Outfitters which turned up today. When she tried them on she noticed that the zip was broken and wouldn’t fasten. She rang to see if she could return the items to the Leicester store which we were told yes. She also asked if they had the same trousers... read full comment
