A lovely Saturday evening stay in Stamford. We arrived earlier than check to take in a nice walk around the grounds of Burleigh house, it was no problem to leave our car in the car park which was very handy. We’ve stayed many times before and always have a lovely time. Be very wary of the parking arrangement. I drove in to pick up a departing guest; I arrived a few minutes early and turned in the car park and waited in the car as near as I could get to the hotel exit. My arrival and departure were recored by a camera at the entrance which showed that I was on the premises for 18 minutes.... read full comment
