“Perfectly located hotel for exploring the delights of Stamford. We stayed two nights in a ground floor courtyard room - 41 - which has a fabulous bath and is tastefully decorated. Housekeeping here is absolutely on the button and all the staff we met were friendly and welcoming. Would recommend wholeheartedly. We ate in the restaurant which I have reviewed separately. There is a charming courtyard area which we were able to enjoy - it was 23 degrees - which was bonkers but much appreciated in early October.”
