Awful customer service. Purchased a dress from store which I was not able to wear for more than 10 minutes due to the chain straps falling apart. Really friendly, kept us in the loop about deals online they would match. Even when we came back they remembered who we was and had a chat.

Gorgeous, gorgeous clothing and accessories...however, I wish they wouldn't hover over every customer that walks in the shop, we are not all out to steal, it makes ppl feel so self conscious and puts you off going in there. A more approachable attitude then people would return.
